A BIT ABOUT THOMAS
After 7 years leading marketing at Bouygues Telecom, and 4 years as a mobile & telecoms analyst at Jupiter Research, Thomas Husson joined Forrester in 2008, one of the world's most influential advisory firms, as an analyst and then Vice President, before taking the helm of the French subsidiary.
A specialist in the challenges associated with technological innovation and digital and sustainable transformations, Thomas has published hundreds of studies and advised a great many executives and business leaders, across all sectors, to help them make the right decisions.
A graduate of EM Lyon and Sciences Po Paris, and holder of a certificate from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, Thomas is regularly cited by the international press (Reuters, Associated Press, BBC, The Economist, The New York Times, etc.) and the French press (Les Echos, Le Monde, Le Figaro, AFP, etc.), and regularly speaks as a keynote speaker at numerous international conferences or serves as a jury member for awards.

“Thomas brought exceptional energy and spirit to Paris when he served as Forrester’s Paris Office Leader. He took on this role in addition to his responsibilities as one of Forrester’s leading Principal Analysts in the European region, and I always wondered how he found the time to do both jobs so well.”
Dane Anderson,
former Senior Vice-President International Research and Products, Forrester

I have been analyzing Consumer Technology since 2005 and I am passionate about the intersection of marketing/customer experience, tech & AI, environmental and societal trends.
I am not just an independent analyst but have also advised firms to implement stuff in the real world and founded my own company. I believe in quality over quantity so don’t expect daily or even weekly updates, but rather bi-monthly or monthly news – assuming I’ll only write when I have something meaningful to share :-)
